​A unit that focuses on achieving superior levels of physical fitness, teamwork, camaraderie and basic military skills proficiency. Raiders train year-round. Training incorporates physical fitness events (focused on a Physical Fitness Test, 3-mile team obstacle run, 1-mile team Litter Carry and Rope Bridge events, etc).
